BGAN・FleetBroadbandサービスをご利用中のお客様にお知らせしました、「ご解約90日前の事前通知義務」につきまして、インマルサットは導入の中止を発表いたしました。
つきましては、11月以降もご解約の条件に変更はございません。
この度はお客様には混乱を招くこととなり、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
今後とも、弊社サービスをご愛顧賜りたくよろしくお願いいたします。
【WITHDRAWAL】New Charging Policy for FleetBroadband (FB) Plans Introducing a 90 Day Termination Notification Period (90 DTNP) policy
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for using our Inmarsat services.
This announcement is to re-notify you about Inmarsat introducing new charging policy for FleetBroadband (FB) Plans which we notified last month. Inmarsat finally made the decision NOT to implement the 90 DTNP policy for FB.
Therefore, the current termination policy remains and will be unchanged. We really apologize for making you confused.
We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation in this matter.
