日本時間の2024年10月11日20:30～12日01:10（UTC 2024/10/11 11:30～10/11 16:10）の間、インド洋東衛星（IOE 6F1衛星）において通信をご利用いただくことができない状況となっておりました。
また、日本時間の同日2024年10月11日16:57～10月12日20:10（UTC 2024/10/11 07:57～10/11 11:46）の間、アメリカ地域衛星（AMER 4F3衛星）において、一時つながりにくい状況となっておりました。
いずれも現在は回復しております。
なお、GSPS(IsatPhone Pro/2)には影響はございませんでした。
